Embroidered patch with the Åland Maritime Museum Pirate Flag.
One of only two known authentic Jolly Roger flags in the world, the original flag currently resides at the Åland Maritime Museum in Finland. The original flag is about 200 years old and came to Åland, Finland from the North African Mediterranean coast, where piracy occurred until the 19th century.
High quality stitching with fine merrowing securing the edges. Hook backing for attaching to gear or clothing with loop-side backing.
